We had a fabulous meal last night (I'm still thinking about it!) and all for 11 points. While I'm sure we made of mess of Indian regionalism, it still tasted incredible.
Since we've never cooked Indian food from scratch before, we used recipes (which means I can include links to them here!). First up was bhindi masala, an okra dish. Here it is cooking:
We also had dal and chicken vindaloo, all served with basmati rice cooked in chicken broth.
This is what we sat down to:
